Applications close Feb 20, 2019
All chosen applicants will be notified no later than March 1, 2019
Payment must be made within 30 days of notification
What You Get:
Access to 500+ Earpers for 3 days
Two (2) Artist Alley Passes*
1 Table (approx 8’ wide)
Early access to the Artist Alley space each day for set up
Power cord, if needed (additional fee may apply)
*The Artist Alley pass grants the wearer access to all Con spaces for all 3 days, with early access to the Artist Alley. The pass grants access to the Karaoke party. The pass does not allow advanced panel seating, and offers standing room only access to panels IF the seats are full. All other event tickets need to be purchased separately (photos, workshops, After Party).
Additional Information [MUST READ]:
Tables need to be broken down each night and stored in a secured area (secured area provided by EH Con.)
2 Artists can share 1 table, thus splitting the cost and space. However no additional passes will be provided beyond two (2). Both artists need to be included in the application - late additions to your table may be considered but won’t automatically be approved without review by EH Con Canada.
If your application is approved, you will receive a welcome package including a FAQ sheet from Diana Benitez, our local EH Con artist and Con Artist Alley veteran, with tips regarding Toronto printers, sales projections, troubleshooting, and other tips/tricks.
There will be snacks available for purchase and a lunch ordering service available. More details to come on this.
